The hotel was overall clean and staff were amazingly friendly, everything was perfect. The rooms were stylish and modern and had feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a seating area, iron and ironing board, and a work desk. The location was amazing, minute walk from a public library.

We had a wonderful stay in a corner room with a breathtaking view of the city. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring we had a memorable experience. The hotel is conveniently located near points of interest, allowing us to easily walk to the White House and MLK Memorial. The breakfast restaurant served delicious dishes like huevos rancheros and free-range eggs. The 3rd-floor lounge was a nice spot to relax. We were pleased with the service, room, and location in this growing area of Washington.

The overall decor of the hotel left something to be desired, as it felt rather cold and sterile.

The view from the studio suite was beautiful, and it was great to have amenities like a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator in the room, making my stay delightful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Washington. The property is brand new and located in a growing area of the city, with plenty of nearby attractions and amenities. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with spotless rooms and beautiful bathrooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and polite, particularly Jeremy who went above and beyond to make our check-in smooth and even gave us a fantastic room with a spectacular view. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.
